Learn to Dance in the Rain
Love this Tim Holtz man! I combined him with a rainbow background which has been brayered using Kaleidacolor ink and a stirp of embossed card - suing the clocks from the Sizzix range.

Date for Coffee morning and more!

Coffee morning is on Friday 22nd July - not where you would expect it to be! Summer really has me turned upside down this year - between summer camps, extravaganzas and our regular classes I don't know which way is which. It is all a juggle, but a good juggle at least. It will be a great coffee morning with a demo of the new Sizzix Big Shot Pro - and a Sizzix theme - complete with give-aways.

Dublin Workshop 8 May
This week we begin packing the kits for our Dublin workshop. I will try and get some sneak peaks up soon, but if you haven't booked, and are thinking about it - I promise you some really great cards.
We have a few spaces left. 7 projects - including loads of the latest techniques from Ranger and Tim Holtz, Sizzix, Hunky Dory and more.
Our mobile shop will be open to all during the day in Dublin even if you aren't attending the workshop. For more information email me or give me a quick ring at the shop.

Brand brand new Sizzix and Whiff of Joy

Ok, I know I always gush and talk in !!!! But this is really a very exciting parcel from Sizzix. Probably some of the most innovative dies I have seen since I started selling Sizzix 6 years ago. We are unpacking now, and I will do what I can to upload onto the site, but as we have coffee morning this week, and then Tipperary workshop on Sunday, I might be as well to leave it to next week.
We also have the new Whiff of Joy release in, and having just made the cutest Valentine's Card out, I can honestly say I love it!

Penny Black & Sizzix from Demo Day
Afternoon,
Have more pictures for you! These are more pictures from the Demo Day last Sunday. Almost all of these cards have Penny Black, some have Sizzix and there is one Red Hot Bed. Check out the sparkly threads - a lovely effect for very little effort. They are available in 6 colours at €3.50 each. I will have them on the shop site later today.
Forgot to mention the new Penny Black Stickeroos!! They are yummy.

Hello Kitty!!!!!!!!
Hi there,
Lots going on and loads to tell you.
Need a 'beam me up scotty gadget' to shuttle me to Spiddal every day - started updating the website this week. Lots to do but keep watching as there are lots of interesting goodies to come your way.
The new alcohol inks, Hello Kitty Sizzix, Cute Companion Summer Stories Stamps & Flower Fairies rubber stamps are now on the shop site.
Here are some pictures from the Demo Day last Sunday - just the Hello Kitty & Sizzix for now.
Penny Black to follow later.
Just one card and a shrink plastic Kitty. The shrink plastic kitty has so much potential. My daughter(DD) was with me on Sunday and came home with her own 'shrunked Kitty' from Kerry. It went to school on Monday - and she has me plagued to make some more since - it was a big hit.
Check out some of the ideas on the Sizzix site. There is so much more you can do with your dies than making cards. http://www.sizzix.com/idea/924
Have added a link to the side of the blog for future reference - this will keep ye busy - would love to see what ye come up with.

This is just to give you an idea of the size of the finished 'shrunked' Kitty.
This started off as a Bigz die.

This is a A4 Landscape gift voucher card.

Sizzix going online
Helen and I are are committed to getting our website more up to date. So today, as a result of a mad asthma attack - and a resultant inability to run around like a headless chicken, I have been gathering all the pics and am going to start uploading some of our fabulous sizzix stock.
The only problem is that it is so fab, it normally doesn't last that long online before it sells out.
Going to start now so keep checking.

Scrapbooking Sunday
Hi there,
Just realised I haven't posted since Wednesday - bad blogger.
Haven't had chance to catch up with anyone who went to the Scrapbooking class today.
Hope ye enjoyed it.
Posting up photos of Fiona's original LO's.
If anyone who went along today would like to show their versions, you can send me a photo to anblogbui@gmail.com.
We would all love to see them.
These are three lovely LO's but my fave is the last one - the colours are stunning.
Photos just don't do these justice.
